ACP Sheets
The Design You Always Dreamed Of
Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) is a widely-used term, describing flat panels that consist of thermoplastic core bonded between two aluminium sheets. ACP cladding are frequently used for external cladding of buildings (building facades).
ACP is a new age material that’s used for building exteriors, interior applications and signage. It is available in a wide range of colours and finishes like wood, stone, dual-tone etc. And it can be bent, folded and turned into shapes that can’t be achieved by any other material. Hence, ACP allows more design liberty, and is thus a designer’s delight.
HPL Sheets
The Design You Always Dreamed Of
High Pressure Laminate (HPL) is composed of a resin impregnated craft paper, a decorative paper and a clear melamine overlay. These sheets are bonded at high pressures and temperatures. The sheets are bonded to substrates such as MDF (medium density fiberboard) or particleboard.
Uses: Horizontal and vertical applications.
There are multiple grades of HPL that include chemical resistance, wear resistance for high demand applications and even fire rated laminates. You can also add some shine to your next project. We offer shiny silver, mirror, brushed and patterned metallic laminates. These products are available as either a solid or perforated product. Metallic laminates are often found in the cosmetics or related areas of mass merchandise, discount and drug stores. It can be applied to hardboard, HDF and MDF.
